Casualties of war

The war on weeds, that is.
Hacked into this bird's nest which was deep in these giant weed stalks at Birdland. Luckily, it was unoccupied. Sometimes I daydream about becoming some kind of agricultural engineer. Drainage at Birdland is a huge issue--especially when it rains every day like it has lately.
