Rainbows from Atoms

A hectic week on the road, followed by a busy weekend, all balanced out with a session at Birdland last night that was almost a religious experience. When all the craziness of real life can be set aside for a half hour and the feeling of floating weightlessly takes over, it's all good. That's Cullen Venekamp experiencing it right there.
I've been trying to get caught up on the Xgames. I don't know why it's so hard to keep TV shows on schedule. The BMX street was almost all cut off (at the beginning?) on my DVR. That was the one event I really wanted to see. Morgan Wade is a trip. Man-stache and jet black Freddy Mercury-ness. Anthony Naplitan's double front was just rigoddamndiculous and I stoked that Kevin Robinson won the big air thing. Dude has paid his dues X10.
Rainbow sighting during a lunch hour dig session for the upcoming Birdland Summer Showdown scheduled for August 22. More details to follow...
If you're into custom street motorcycles of any kind, please check out Chop Cult, it's already better than any other chopper site.
