Cobras Forever

This is a VHS video from 2002, featuring the Cobras Local 77. Shot entirely on VHS, edited with an ancient camcorder and a VCR and technically not very good. You'll note that the music stops when the "real sound" is used. I had no way of mixing the audio. If I were to re-edit it now, it would be half as long (and not show the same tricks multiple times). There is some good stuff in here, including Block Bros footage, Solan riding with pegs and my first ever rail at the very end. It might be tough to make it all the way through unless you're in it, but here it is in all it's low-fi glory:

that was such a dope video. You always stay so true to your style. manual to tooth pick was out of control.

I just watched it at Kyle's house on VHS. I was surprised with all the tooth picks Scott, didn't know you were so street. Loved the old school race footage. Elbow to elbow, at break your chain speeds, into a giant berm. Looked like fun. I think some of that footage was before they even invented landings!

Thanks for posting the video. It made my day. I'm a believer in the Cobras, having fun, and riding BMX.

Damn, that was awesome. Was this one ever shown at Rockford, cause I don't remember it. I thought I had it from you on VHS, but watching it today felt like the first time I had seen it.
